IntentBundle

Terms of service

Version 1.0, effective 28 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of the Shopify app IntentBundle and everything that comes with it (the website, support and related services). IntentBundle is a service of Digiten Ai, located at Admiraliteitslaan 982, 5224 EX 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42074801, VAT number NL005474970B82. You can reach us at info@intentbundle.com or +31 6 87686856.

These terms are a translation. If the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Definitions

2. When these terms apply

2.1 These terms apply as soon as you install or otherwise use the app. By installing it, you accept them. They apply alongside Shopify's terms, including the Shopify App Store terms for merchants.

2.2 IntentBundle is meant for businesses acting in the course of their trade or profession. You confirm that you use the app as a business, not as a consumer.

2.3 Your own purchasing or other terms do not apply, even if you refer to them.

2.4 The privacy policy, the data processing agreement and the cookies and storage statement are part of these terms. Where they conflict on personal data, the data processing agreement prevails.

3. Subscription, trial and payment

3.1 You choose a subscription in the app. Shopify handles payment and charges the amount on your Shopify invoice. The price is the price Shopify shows you when you approve the subscription.

3.2 A new subscription starts with a free 30-day trial, unless Shopify or the app shows otherwise when you approve it. If you stop during the trial, you pay nothing. A trial applies once per store.

3.3 Every plan has limits, such as visitors per month or live campaigns. If you consistently exceed them, we may ask you to choose a suitable plan. Features not included in your plan are switched off automatically.

3.4 We may change prices. We announce a price increase at least 30 days in advance, in the app or by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

3.5 Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unless the law or Shopify's refund rules say otherwise.

4. Term and cancellation

4.1 The subscription runs monthly and renews until you cancel. You cancel by uninstalling the app or choosing another plan in the app. You can cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period as applied by Shopify.

4.2 We may (temporarily) disable the app for your store or end the agreement if you breach these terms or Shopify's rules, use the app for anything unlawful, or abuse or overload the app or our systems. Where reasonable, we warn you first.

4.3 We may discontinue the app for all merchants. We announce this at least 60 days in advance. You pay nothing after the end date.

4.4 After you uninstall the app, the bundle stops immediately on your store and we delete your data as described in the data processing agreement.

5. What the app does and what you handle

5.1 The app shows visitors a bundle of products they viewed, calculates a discount that you set, and applies it through Shopify at checkout. You decide all settings: which products and collections take part, discount levels, minimum amounts, gifts, free shipping, upsells, copy and design.

5.2 You are responsible for:

5.3 A discount the app gives according to your settings is your discount. This also applies if a visitor receives more discount than you intended, for example because discounts stack or a setting works out differently than expected. If you spot an error, pause the campaign or the app immediately and tell us.

5.4 You will not use the app to do anything unlawful, to mislead visitors, or to attack, copy or circumvent the app, Shopify or our systems.

6. No guaranteed results

6.1 We build the app with care, but we do not guarantee any particular revenue, order value, conversion, number of leads or other outcome. What the app achieves depends on your products, prices, visitors, settings and many other things outside our control.

6.2 Figures in the dashboard, such as added revenue and A/B test results, are statistical estimates based on the data the app can measure. They are meant to help you decide, not as accounting or financial records. Orders, returns and payments are in Shopify.

7. Availability, maintenance and third-party services

7.1 We do our best to keep the app working without interruption, but we do not promise any particular availability. If the app is unavailable, your store keeps working without the bundle.

7.2 We may change and improve the app and adjust or remove parts of it. If we remove something important that you pay for in your plan, we announce it in advance.

7.3 The app works with services of others, such as Shopify, Klaviyo and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for outages, changes or decisions of those parties. If Shopify changes something that makes a feature impossible, we may adjust or stop that feature.

8. Support

8.1 You get support through a ticket in the app (under Support) or by email at info@intentbundle.com, on business days. We aim to respond within two business days. On the Pro plan we respond within 4 business hours on business days. A response time is an effort, not a guarantee of a solution within that time.

8.2 To solve a problem, we may make an adjustment to the bundle for your store only, such as an extra style rule. You can always ask us to undo an adjustment.

9. Rights to the app

9.1 All rights to the app, the software, the design, the copy and the IntentBundle name remain ours. While your subscription runs, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your own store.

9.2 Your products, images, copy and data remain yours. You allow us to use them to the extent needed to make the app work for you.

9.3 We may use anonymised, aggregated figures (that do not show which store or person they concern) to improve the app.

10. Liability

10.1 Our total liability, for any reason, is limited to compensation of direct damage, up to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the event that caused the damage (excluding VAT), with a maximum of €500. During a free trial this is €0. A series of related events counts as one event.

10.2 Direct damage means only: reasonable costs to establish the cause and extent of the damage, and reasonable costs to repair a defect in the app, insofar as these are attributable to us.

10.3 We are not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit or revenue, lost savings, excess discounts or free products given, loss or corruption of data, damage from downtime of your store, reputational damage, and fines or claims of others.

10.4 The limitations in this article do not apply if the damage results from intent or deliberate recklessness of our management.

10.5 You are only entitled to compensation if you report the damage to us in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after you discovered it. Any right to compensation expires twelve months after the event that caused the damage.

10.6 If we fail to meet an obligation, we first get a reasonable period to still do so, after you have given us written notice with a clear description.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims of others, such as your customers, visitors, regulators and Shopify, relating to your store, your settings, your discounts, your marketing or your failure to comply with these terms or the law. You also reimburse the reasonable costs we incur as a result.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable if we cannot meet an obligation due to force majeure, including outages or decisions of Shopify, Klaviyo, our hosting or internet providers, attacks on computer systems, government measures, illness and power failures. If force majeure lasts longer than 60 days, either of us may end the agreement without compensation.

13. Privacy and security

For your visitors' data, you are the controller and we are the processor. The arrangements are in the data processing agreement, which is automatically part of these terms. How we handle your own data is in the privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We announce important changes at least 30 days in advance in the app or by email. If you continue to use the app afterwards, the new version applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

15. Other provisions

15.1 If a provision is invalid, the other provisions remain in force. We replace the invalid provision with a valid one that comes as close as possible.

15.2 We may transfer the agreement to another business that continues IntentBundle. We will let you know.

15.3 Messages by email or in the app count as written.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the agreement are governed by Dutch law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates another court. We first try to resolve things together.
